1. Service service is administered by Hatima Foundation in collaboration with MineMind Ltd., which are responsible for the technical support, and Omenaa Foundation whose projects are placed in the context of a dedicated service.

The service facilitates cataloguing and recording all the projects submitted by Omenaa and Hatima Foundations, and allows donations for particular projects to be made by users.

  • terms and condtitions of use and operation of service.
  • rights and obligations of the Registered Users of service
  • rights and obligations of the Operator legally deemed responsible for the maintenance of service

Each User, before registering and using the service, is required to read and accept theTerms of Use/Service.

The legal basis of the following Terms of Use/Service are included in:

  • a) the Act of 18 July 2002. On the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002., No. 144, item. 104),
  • b) the Act of 23 April 1964. Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 1964., No. 15, item 93, as later amended),
  • c) the Act of 29 August 2002. On data protection (Journal of Laws of 2002., No. 101, item. 926).

§ 1 Definitions

The Foundation, whose projects are presented on the website available online at, is dedicated to building tolerance and positive reflection among children and young people on the diversity of other cultures and peoples, and encouraging interest in the fate of minority groups. It attempts to develop emotions and empathy and thus teaches respect for other people and, at the same time, tackles discrimination. It shows that people are equal, regardless of color or creed.
  • 3. Hatima Foundation based in Warszawa, ul. Bukowińska 22 Suite 116, 02-703 Warszawa ("Financing"), listed in the register of companies as well as the register of associations, other social and professional organisations, foundations and public health service facilities under the number KRS 0000532568, whose registration files are administered by the District Court for the City Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register. The activities of the Foundation focus on supporting other foundations as well as charitable and pro-social activities in achieving their statutory objectives for financing aid projects. Hatima Foundation oversees all transactions conducted through the site including accounting, accepting payments (donations) from members (Users) and then transferring the collected funds to Omenaa Foundation for the funding of potential projects.
  • 4. Operator - MineMind Ltd. with its registered office in Warszawa, ul. Bukowińska 22/116, 02-703 Warszawa, listed in the Register of the National Court Register admistered by the District Court of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000522433, NIP 5213679314- entity that administers the service ensuring its proper functioning.
  • 5. Terms - this document regulates the particular terms and conditions of use and operation of the Service, the rights and obligations of Registered Users, the rights and obligations of the Operator. Each user before using the service is required to read and accept the Terms of Use/Service.
  • 6. User - a natural person over 18 years of age, a legal person or an organization having legal capacity that uses the Service.
  • 7. User Profile - place on the site in which the user has access to all the data entered during registration.
  • 8. Avatar - a picture/image set individually by each user visible on the site identifying the user profile.
  • 9. Projects - aid ventures placed on the with the aim to collect money required for achieving the defined goals.
  • 10. Financial intermediation services - financial intermediation services administered by Paymento S.A. based in Tychy, ul. Dojazdowa 9, 43-100 Tychy, NIP 634-280-73- 06, ID 242839778, listed in the register of companies under the KRS number 0000421935 Allegro S.A. with its registered office at ul.   • 11. Donation - the amount transferred by the User to Hatima Foundation and Omenaa Foundation funding a particular project and the achievement of its purpose or the benefit of its statutory activities

§ 2 General Terms and Conditions of Service

  • 1. Registration and use of the services provided by the Service is voluntary and free. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of and commitment to the principles of the Terms.
  • 2. Each User is obliged to familiarize themselves with the Terms of Use before using the Service.
  • 3. The logo, the name of the site and all text, photos, videos and graphics within are protected and constitute 'work' in accordence with the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws 2006, No. 90, item. 631, as later amended), any copying, reproduction, distribution and doing research by the use of the elements of the Service, as well as its appearance as a whole, which work within the meaning of the above Act, without the express consent of the Operator, is a violation of its copyrights or related foundations.
  • 4. The user agrees not to post, in particular in their profile and comments, vulgar, sexually explicit, racist, ethnic, cultural or religious insults and abuse that promote or encourage criminal activities, violating the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights or representing another form of infringement of the legally protected goods.
  • 5. Operator is not responsible for the effectiveness of payment transactions via online payment service. Any issues related to the conduct of payment transactions in the manner described in the preceding sentence shall be reported by the Users directly to the appropriate online payment service owner.

§ 3 Technical conditions of use of the Service

Use of the Service is facilitated by employing ICT system which is available online at

In order to use the Service, the user should have access to:

the Internet;

  • a device facilitating access to the Internet so that the user can log on to the site;
  • a web browser which is installed on the above-mentioned device for on-the-screen display of web pages. The browser should also support Java script and enable acceptance of cookies;

Active e-mail account in order to confirm the creation of your account.

§ 4 Registration

  • 1. Registration and use of the services provided by the Service is voluntary and free. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of and commitment to the principles of the Terms.
  • 2. To open an account, the User should:
    • a. complete the registration form located at

  • 3. The following data must be provided to create an account:
    • a. First name, last name
    • b. e-mail address
    • c. password
  • 4. Before registration the User is obliged to familiarise themselves with the contents of these Terms and state their acceptance.
  • 5. In order to complete the registration process, after proper completion of the registration form, Operator sends an activation link to the User's email address. Clicking on the link sent to your e-mail account completes the registration process at
  • 6. The User is obliged to provide truthful information and shall bear the full responsibility in this respect.
  • 7. The User acknowledges that the information provided may be accessible to other users and persons who visit the Site, including non-Users. Privacy of the data provided can be set by each User, see § 6 Profile. User's data may be visible in the system only if a payment has been made.

§ 5 Logging in/forgotten password

  • 1. Logging in on to the site is possible after the user registration process.
  • 2. The log in button is located in the upper right corner of the site. When clicked, the user is redirected to the login page in order to enter the login details.
  • 3. In the case of a forgotten password it is possible to obtain a new one by clicking the "Forgot password?" in the login window. Clicking this option takes the user to where, after confirming your e-mail address provided during registration, the reset password link is sent to that address.

§ 6 User Profile

  • 1. After properly completing the registration form and activating the account, the User can log into the service and make changes in the previously entered data or delete their account.
  • 2. Data can be accessed by clicking on the details entered during registration in the name fields, which are visible in the upper right corner in the form of a button.
  • 3. The User may freely modify their personal details, in particular:
    • a. Change the data entered in the fields First Name and Last Name
    • b. Change the email address.
    • c. Change the password (a link will be sent to the email address provided).
    • d. Set their Avatar (image identifying the profile in the service).
    • e. Enter a profile name in the display name field.
    • f. Browse projects for which financial support was given by the user, in particular, obtain the name of the project, the amount of funding transferred, the date of aid given and the description of the project.
    • g. Hide visibility of your activity on the site before other logged in users. Amounts of support and projects that have been funded will not be visible to other users.

§ 7 Payments and donation transfers

  • 1. The Operator of the site does not charge any fees for making donations or for using the Service.
  • 2. To support a campaign, the donor clicks the icon "Donate now". This button is available on every page of the project on the site.
  • 3. The donor specifies the intended amount to support the project and selects the type of financial intermediation services through which to make the payments.
  • 4. Types of project support and donations:
    • a. Support by recurring payments - this option is supported by the company Paymento SA based in Tychy. The payments/donations are collected via credit card regularly every month. To disable the collection of payments every month the 'Stop Recurring Billing' option in the Account tab of the user profile should be selected or an email sent to the Operator at asking for the removal of this option. The balance in the project is updated automatically after completion of the payment.
    • b. Donate once - this option is supported by Paymento S.A. based in Tychy. Payments are collected via credit card once in the amount declared by the User. Balance in the project is updated automatically after completion of the payment.
    • c. Payment by quick bank transfer - the transfers are handled by Paymento S.A. based in Tychy. After selecting this option, the User is redirected to the external Paymento S.A. server to select their bank and make a deposit.Balance in the project is updated automatically after completion of the payment.
    • d. PayPal - a payment via PayPal. Balance in the project is updated automatically after completion of the payment.

Payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club, American Express credit cards unless the card issuing bank - allows the card for remote transactions, using a Paypal account, and directly through a bank account.

Credit card numbers are not recorded or stored by the operator.

The service enables the User to save the credit card details on the financial intermediation services site.

Financial intermediation services and banks charge a fee in the form of commission on transactions.

§ 8 Personal Data

  • 1. The Operator is the administrator of all personal data.
  • 2. Data processed by the Operator include all personal information provided by the users during registration in the following fields: Full name, e-mail address and password.
  • 3. Each User is entitled to view their personal data, modify it and demand their removal.
  • 4. All data is available to the user from a profile level on the site.
  • 5. The Operator entrusts data processing to Hatima Foundation and Omenaa Foundation for project accounting and the further transfer of funds.

§ 9 Deleting Personal Data and User Account

Each User has the right to independently delete their account from the site.

In order to remove their personal data from the service, the User needs to log into their user profile first and then select the "delete account" option.

Upon written or email request, any chosen account may be deleted by the Operator. In such case, an email should be sent to or a letter with a request to delete an account to the address of the Operator. Removing an account by the Operator will be made promptly after the verification of the applicant.

§ 10 Privacy Policy - cookies

According to the art. 173 paragraph 1 of the Act of 16 July 2004. Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws of 2004. No. 171, item. 1800) we wish to inform that: service stores information in the form of cookie files, which are small files placed on your computer while browsing the web. Cookies are used to store information for advertising and functional purposes of the service (some user activity, such as opening subpages of a project - allowing us to customize the service to the needs of people who visit it repeatedly). Cookies are mainly used to customize the appearance of the service to the device on which it is displayed - the service adapts to the resolution supported by the device on which it is viewed by the User.

Each User can decide for themselves how cookies are stored on their computer. Such option is available through settings / preferences defined in browsers. The default settings for popular browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari) allow you to store cookies from

§ 11 Service Complaints

  • 1. Each User has the right to file a complaint in matters related to the functioning of the Service, as well as the execution of services by the Operator. Please send an e-mail or write to the Operator.
  • 2. A response to a reported complaint will be issued within 14 days of its receipt in the form of an e-mail sent to the address indicated in the complaint or mailing address.
  • 3. Consideration will be given to complaints which will include the reason for filing the complaint and possibly what actions are expected from the Operator in order to provide the best service and handle the complaint effectively.

§ 12 Final Provisions

  • 1. Terms of Service are available on the Website, as well as at the Operator's headquarters.
  • 2. The Operator reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Service. Amendments shall enter into force 14 days after their publication.
